TERMS OF SERVICE

Overview

This website is operated by FYP BEAUTY (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the site — if you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. Always read the label and follow the directions for use supplied with each product. Discontinue use if signs of irritation occur.

Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers — we never see or store your full card details. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed with us.

Shipping

We currently ship to Australia and the United States, free of charge. Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personal hygiene items, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Accuracy of Information

Content on this site is provided for general information only. Occasionally there may be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the FYP BEAUTY name, branding, images, graphics and written copy — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FYP BEAUTY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
